Our turnaround time for commercial truck repair varies depending on the type of repair needed and the extent of the damage. We strive to complete repairs as quickly as possible without compromising on quality. A good way to judge turnaround time is to check the estimate for the number of labor hours listed. Then find out when we will actually begin repairs on your vehicle.
Also, please be aware of supply issues that could delay the acquisition of some parts.

If the repair is not major, we can schedule some onsite repairs.
However, there are some disadvantages you will want to consider:
- On-Site repairs are NOT performed in a controlled environment as it would in the shop.
- There are many safety hazards created by using your property as a temporary body shop. Even if the onsite vendor is insured, any injuries that might result from an accident on your property increases the risk of your liability. We believe that "an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure".
- Zoning ordinances in some areas may result in fines.
- On-Site repairs increase the labor hours, thereby increasing the cost of repairs.
Some estimates that do not take much time are usually free. Some estimates take hours to write up, especially in detail. But we still offer free estimates in these cases IF you choose to use our Services. The cost of the estimate will be credited on the final invoice.
Estimated Times of Completion are based on normal circumstances and conditions. At times, unexpected delays arise. For example, a supplier may send us the incorrect part. A part may need to be manufactured or fabricated. The supplier may send parts to the wrong address even to another state! And then, there are repair jobs that have a lot of unknowns because of the unique nature of the vehicle. But you can be certain, we want to ensure that your vehicle is repaired correctly in as short a time as possible WITHOUT sacrificing quality.
